In addition to being one of the owners of the Antique Mall, as well as an active dealer there, Jerry owns and operates the “Military Collectibles Shop, LLC” in West Allis, WI and he has over 30 years experience collecting, researching, appraising, writing, and speaking about Military related antiques and collectibles. Jerry is also a CAGA Certified Appraiser.
Jerry is an avid collector and primarily deals in vintage authentic military artifacts, from the U.S. Civil War through current militaria. He has authored several articles on various military topics and in 2020 published his first book: “In the Service of our Country: the History of the United States Service Flag” (available through Elm Grove Publishing, Amazon and wherever fine books are sold). Jerry has also made appearances as a speaker for several groups including the Wisconsin Association of Auctioneers. For the 150th anniversary celebration of the Veteran Administration facilities in Milwaukee, Jerry put on a home front flag and militaria display in the Wadsthworth Library on the VA grounds. Jerry has served as the Military expert appraiser for the Milwaukee Public Television’s Annual Appraisal Fair since its inception.
